At Go Green, we support internal promotions and give our staff members the chance to develop in their professions. Our organization has created a career ladder that details the various employment tiers and conditions for promotion.

Cleaning tasks for the Cleaner function include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms. This is an entry-level position. You must possess a foundational academic background and prior cleaning experience to be eligible for this position. Freshmen are also eligible to apply for this position and may be chosen if we believe they have potential.

The Lead Cleaner role is the next step up from the Cleaner position. Lead Cleaners oversee a group of Cleaners and make sure that all work is done to our high standards in addition to carrying out basic cleaning tasks. You must have prior cleaning experience, as well as superior leadership and communication abilities, to be eligible for this position.

The Supervisor role is a managerial position that involves overseeing multiple cleaning teams and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively. To qualify for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous cleaning experience, and proven leadership and organizational skills.

The Operations Manager position is a senior leadership position that oversees all aspects of our cleaning operations, including budget management, policy and procedure implementation, and the development of strategic business plans. You must have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, prior managerial experience, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to be considered for this position.
